LASER-SMART/S, an intelligent laser control systems for agriculture land leveling, is an electric control device specially designed for farmland leveling, and used in glebes, paddy fields and other lager areas. The system can be applied to the precision control of broad machinery such as Scrapers, Bulldozers Graders and other equipments. The system gathers the most advanced digital control, laser swinger, laser detection, PWM, etc, which executes land leveling.
The core of the system is a digital controller.The rotary laser emitter installed far emits rotary beam, and then a level or sloping optical datum plane comes into being on the job site. The laser receiver detects height difference between the ground and the datum plane at any moment; according to the data of laser receiver, the digital controller operates, outputs control signals, controls the opening and direction of hydraulic valves, adjusts the height of blades by working cylinder,and ultimately the surface of the earth parallels the laser plane.The most commonly used method is to level the ground in order to make the land easy to be irrigated in a water saving way.
It can improve working accuracy and efficiency well, as the system detects hydraulic control with full digital technology, meanwhile two easy operating methods let you choose between auto/manual mode, easy to operate, exact to control.
